Royal Rolls

For the “Royal Rolls” sushi delivery service in Izhevsk we built a full-featured ordering portal with deep iiko POS integration and a custom payment module. The site runs in real time: menu, stock, prices and item availability sync straight from iiko via a custom plugin, with no manual exports.

Key features:

• iiko integration: the menu and item availability update automatically. Orders placed on the site land directly in the kitchen shift — no CRM middleware.

• Custom payment module: an acquiring layer tailored to the Russian payment landscape, supporting popular methods including pay-on-delivery.

• Zoned delivery: the customer’s address is validated against delivery zones; minimum order and delivery time are computed automatically. Pickup gets a 10% discount on the cart.

• Loyalty and cashback: balance accrual, boosted cashback for selected categories, promotions and seasonal offers are all controlled from the admin panel.

• VK notifications: new orders and status changes are pushed to the team’s VK channel via a custom plugin — operators don’t have to keep the admin open.

• Mobile app: promoted from the site and shares the same iiko-backed order database.

• Cohesive content: dozens of categories (sets, rolls, sushi, maki, gunkans, premium, hot, baked, poke, WOK, desserts, kids’ menu) presented in one consistent card style with quick add-to-cart.

The project has been live and continuously evolved since 2017 — from iiko integration upgrades to seasonal promo campaigns and payment-gateway overhauls.
